DHL Cloud is a free file transfer service based on cloud computing technology that enables users to send large files quickly and securely for sharing data with others. However, we reiterate that DHL Service is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of the files sent, stored, or distributed via DHL Cloud.
To ensure the convenient and secure use of DHL Cloud, users are fully responsible for the information upload and share through DHL Cloud. DHL Service does not take responsibility for the content as it belongs to the users, not to DHL Service.
Additionally, DHL Cloud contains links that may be shared by users to external websites. DHL Cloud is not liable for any data leakage or loss resulting from such external websites.
We also remind users that DHL Cloud does not guarantee indefinite data retention. Users bear full and sole responsibility for any corrupted, lost, or irretrievable data. DHL Cloud reserves the right to delete, move, store, or modify any content deemed in violation of its security policies or otherwise unacceptable. Access to DHL Cloud services may be terminated under such circumstances.
Customer Data
Customers are solely responsible for the data stored on DHL Cloud servers. Customers control their data through the links they generate. DHL Cloud encourages customers to periodically back up their data to ensure no irretrievable loss occurs. Customers must ensure their data complies with legal regulations. DHL Cloud will delete customer data if this agreement is terminated.
Terms of Use
To ensure the safety and protection of users, DHL Cloud enforces the following terms:
  1. Prohibited Content:
    • Uploading, posting, emailing, or otherwise distributing content related to terrorism, depictions of torture, or graphic/grotesque content is strictly prohibited.
    • Child pornography is strictly forbidden.
  2. Intellectual Property Protection:
    • Using DHL Cloud to distribute content that infringes on patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights is prohibited.
    • Users must have proper authorization for any content they upload, send, or share.
  3. Responsibility for Content:
    • Users are responsible for the content of their messages, file attachments, and other shared information. DHL Cloud disclaims any responsibility for these contents.
  4. Illegal or Inappropriate Use:
    • Using DHL Cloud for purposes contrary to legal regulations or the positive objectives of the service is prohibited.
    • The transmission of malicious software, including viruses and Trojan horses, is strictly forbidden.
  5. Resource Abuse:
    • Misuse of DHL Cloud resources, including excessive CPU usage, storage space, bandwidth, or resale of server access, is not allowed.
  6. Prohibited Activities:
    • Spamming, system disruption, unauthorized linking, or hosting activities deemed illegal or harmful are prohibited.
    • Users must refrain from disseminating malicious software or engaging in actions that compromise system integrity or security.
Adult or Illegal Content
DHL Cloud strictly prohibits the distribution of obscene, illegal materials or content associated with gambling, illicit arms trafficking, or any violation of human rights laws. DHL Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or activities in breach of these policies without prior notice.
Modification of Policies or Services
DHL Cloud reserves the right to modify or amend any policy or term without prior notice. By continuing to use our services, users agree to comply with the latest terms. DHL Cloud may suspend or permanently terminate services if it determines that users have violated any agreement or policy.
If service termination occurs, DHL Cloud reserves the right to disable or delete all related data, information, or access rights. Users must ensure they have alternative backups of their data. DHL Cloud bears no responsibility for losses or damages resulting from service termination.
